Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Reech ("Reech", "we", "us"), the trade marketing platform at reech.to, built and operated by the team behind ShoppingFeeder. By creating an account or using Reech you agree to them. If you use Reech on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.
1. What Reech is
Reech connects brands and retailers so that advertising funded by a brand can run in a retailer's own advertising accounts, on the retailer's own product data, and settle against verified results. It includes the free Reech Hub (scores and insights), Reech Trade (funded campaigns, proposals and settlement), and Draper, our AI assistant.
2. Your account
- Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Give us accurate information about yourself and your business, and keep it current.
- You must be at least 18 and using Reech for business purposes. Reech is not a consumer service.
3. Connected platform accounts
When you connect an advertising or commerce account (for example Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Meta, TikTok or ShoppingFeeder), you authorise Reech to access that account on your behalf to read performance data and, where you direct it, to create or change campaigns. You confirm you are entitled to grant that access. You can disconnect any account in Settings at any time, which stops further access. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms and policies.
4. Campaigns, funds and settlement
- Campaign terms (budget, duration, products, bonus) are agreed between the brand and the retailer in a proposal before anything runs.
- Funds a brand commits are held and released against agreed, verified outcomes. Settlement statements are visible to both sides.
- Advertising spend on external platforms is charged by those platforms under their terms. Reech fees, where they apply, are shown before you commit.
- Performance figures we display come from the connected platforms and from verified order data; we present them faithfully but do not guarantee campaign results.
5. Draper and automated suggestions
Draper drafts plans, creatives and recommendations. A human always approves before anything changes in a live advertising account. Draper's output is assistance, and you are responsible for what you approve.
6. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, deceptive or infringing advertising, and no content that breaches the policies of the platform the ads run on.
- No attempts to break, probe or overload the service, or to access another customer's data.
- No reselling or scraping of Reech data without our written agreement.
7. Your content and our platform
You keep ownership of the material you bring (product data, logos, creatives, trade marks) and you give us the licence needed to operate the service, for example to generate creatives from your brand assets and push them to the ad platforms you connect. Reech, Draper and everything we built remain ours.
8. Ending things
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or create risk for other customers or the platforms we integrate with. Committed campaign funds are settled per the agreed proposal on termination.
9. Liability
Reech is provided as is. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid Reech in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product or by email, and continued use after a change means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
